Thank you so much for contacting us about the Elegant Tray Ceiling System we purchased from you. We were so excited to find your product and really appreciated the expediency in which it was delivered. Not to mention all your help in figuring out exactly how many panels we needed. We were truly rookies when remodeling this repo and had no idea how to do a tray ceiling. We were desperate for something that we could use that would be fast and help us cover up the pipes. The home was built in 1960 and the pipes had gone bad under the slab. The previous owner had disconnected the pipe under the slab and had run it on the outside of the plaster going under the fuse box and over the top of the door frame. It was really unsafe. In fact, I ended up bursting the pipe when I was trying to knock faux brick off the wall, sending water spraying into the air! All of these, including new wiring were completely hidden with tray ceiling. All the plumbing and wiring were done with licensed contractors and inspected by the city. All of our permits were passed. You may also be able to see where we included a can light in the ceiling above the sink. I have attached before and after photos of the project...the transformation is amazing! The neighbors thought it was beautiful and were grateful to know there was an option to their pipes freezing in the attic every winter. We told them about your system and they said they would look into it when they were ready for a remodel. This house turned out even better than we expected. It was under contract within 7 hours of putting it on the market! Thanks for all your help!
